June News Report

Southern Wine and Spirits and Pacific Wine and Spirits Sales negotiations update- We have met several times with the employer and progress has been slow and we will have future updates.

Young’s Market Hourly and Sales-We have met several times with the employer and progress has been slow and we will have future updates.

Tomra- the Company has appealed the Court’s decision in the lawsuit filed over the “borrowing” from the recycle fund and we will be meeting with the Company late in July on their progress.

Anheuser Busch- We want to congratulate Shop Steward John Godfredsen on his recent retirement after thirty five years of service at Anheuser and want to express our sincere gratitude for all of his hard work over his career as a Shop Steward.

Chemicals Incorporated has ratified a new one year agreement and we wish to thank Shop Steward Vince Rutledge for his assistance during negotiations.
